Designed by renowned architect Philip Trammel Shutze in 1928 for Edward and Emily Inman, Swan House is a nationally registered historic landmark residing in Buckhead. In 1967, the house opened to the public as a museum and the headquarters of the Atlanta Historical Society.

Encompassing over 260 acres, Chastain Memorial Park is Atlanta's largest city park. Chastain also has an amphitheater that hosts summer concerts, the Chastain Park Arts Fall Festival, and the Buckhead Spring Arts & Crafts Festival.
The PATH400 trail running through the heart of Buckhead has become a favorite local spot for walkers, joggers, bikers, and pet owners interested in getting some exercise, and there are plans to join the greenway trail to the Atlanta Beltline.
